What to expect when we work together.
The real estate process is the same for everyone, but it should never feel that way. My job is to make buying or selling on either side of the river feel clear, calm, and a little neighborly. Here's the road map, step by step.
For buyers
Finding home, in five clear steps.
Buying your first home or your fifth, the shape of the journey is the same. What changes is how prepared we are and how steady the hand on the wheel feels.
A note on the money side
On many listings, the seller offers to cover the buyer's side of the commission, so qualified buyers often pay nothing out of pocket for representation. Every transaction is different, and we'll go over the specifics up front, clearly.

For sellers
Selling your home, start to finish.
You've put years into this house. Selling it deserves more than a sign in the yard and a prayer. Here's the steady path I walk sellers through on both sides of the river.
Staying in the loop
After every showing and every offer, you'll hear from me first, with honest feedback and a clear recommendation. No surprises, no radio silence.

Send a note through the contact form on this page, or reach me by phone or email. The first conversation is free, easy, and completely without pressure. We talk about where you are and where you want to go, then decide together if I'm the right fit.
Do you work with both buyers and sellers?
Yes. I help buyers find homes across Kentucky's Oldham, Shelby, Trimble, Anderson, Franklin, Spencer, and Nelson counties, Indiana's Floyd, Clark, and Jefferson counties, and I help sellers list and sell the homes they are leaving. Many clients start with me on one side of the table and come back on the other a few years later.
Which counties in Kentucky and Indiana do you cover?
I work county by county across the region. In Kentucky: Oldham, Shelby, Trimble, Anderson, Franklin, Spencer, and Nelson, which puts me in La Grange, Shelbyville, Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, Taylorsville, and Bardstown. In Indiana: Floyd, Clark, and Jefferson, which means New Albany, Jeffersonville, Clarksville, Sellersburg, and the surrounding river towns. If your town sits close to that footprint, ask anyway, I regularly work the wider region on both sides of the river.
How does pricing and budget guidance work?
Everything starts with honest numbers. For sellers, that means a careful look at comparable sales and real market conditions. For buyers, it means a realistic conversation about budget before we tour, plus help connecting with lenders so your offer carries weight when it counts.
What if I am moving from out of state?
I get clients relocating to the region often, especially families moving for work in Louisville or Frankfort. We can tour virtually, compare counties on both sides of the river, and handle the paperwork from anywhere, so you arrive with a home, not a scramble.
Ready when you are
The first step is just a conversation.
