I handle probate sales in east Louisville outside the Gene Snyder Freeway (Middletown, Fisherville and Eastwood), across Oldham, Shelby, Trimble, Anderson, Franklin, Spencer and Nelson counties in Kentucky, and in Floyd, Clark and Jefferson counties in Indiana. My job is to take the real estate side off your plate.

A note on the legal side
I'm a Realtor, not an attorney. Questions about the estate itself, who has authority to sell, and court approval belong with the estate's lawyer. I'm glad to work with the attorney you already have.
