Areas served

Two states, one region, one agent who knows both.

I work with buyers and sellers across ten counties on both sides of the Ohio River: Oldham, Shelby, Trimble, Anderson, Franklin, Spencer, Nelson and Bullitt in Kentucky, and Floyd, Clark, and Jefferson in Indiana. The counties are close enough to share a commute and a weekend, and different enough that it pays to have someone who knows each one street by street.

Service areas by county

Ten counties, two states, one home search.

Buyers often start with a town or a county, so here is the list, plain and simple: every county I work in across both states, with the main towns and cities covered in each.

Kentucky service areas

That footprint also includes east Louisville outside the Gene Snyder Freeway, including Middletown, Fisherville and Eastwood, and Shepherdsville in Bullitt County, just down I-65. If your address is on this side of the river, you're covered.

Indiana service areas

Jefferson County reaches farthest up the river, with Hanover and the quieter countryside beyond. If you started your search with a county name, this is the list you were looking for.

Central Kentucky

Around Louisville and Frankfort, county by county.

Central Kentucky service here means seven counties wrapped around the Louisville metro and the state capital: Oldham and Shelby on the metro's eastern edge, Trimble and Anderson farther out past the Kentucky River, Franklin at Frankfort, and Spencer and Nelson toward the south. It also means the metro's eastern edge: I'm proudly serving east Louisville outside the Gene Snyder Freeway, including Middletown, Fisherville and Eastwood, plus Shepherdsville in Bullitt County, from city neighborhoods to the county roads just off the interstate.

Each county keeps its own personality: La Grange's old railroad-town pace, Shelbyville's walkable square, Lawrenceburg near the Kentucky River, Bardstown's bourbon heritage, and quiet corners like Taylorsville and Bedford. Whether you want acreage with a barn or a walkable lot near a main street, there's a county here with your name on it.

Southern Indiana

River towns across from Louisville.

New Albany, Jeffersonville, and Clarksville sit directly across the Ohio River from downtown Louisville, which makes Floyd and Clark counties the most commute-friendly corner of the metro. The Sherman Minton and Kennedy bridges carry thousands of workers into the city every day, and the riverfront towns themselves have grown their own lively main streets.

Farther out, Sellersburg, Charlestown, Georgetown, Floyds Knobs, Greenville, and the smaller communities in Floyd and Clark counties offer more land, lower-key living, and a country drive to anything you need. If you work in Louisville but want space to roam, this is where your search starts. A little farther up the river, Jefferson County rounds out the region with its own quieter towns and countryside.

One Louisville region

The river doesn't divide this market. It connects it.

Families move across these bridges every year: a bigger yard in Indiana, a walk to downtown in Kentucky, a job on either side. Because I work both banks, your home search is never half a region. It's the whole region, with an honest read on each side.

Don't see your town listed? I regularly work across the wider region on both sides of the river, so just ask. If it's within a reasonable drive, we can usually make it happen.

Where to next

Not sure which region fits? Let's compare.

The best way to choose between Kentucky and Southern Indiana is with someone who can walk you through both sides of the river. Tell me your commute, your wish list, and your budget questions, and we'll figure out the right corner of the region together.
